How often do you close your office door at the end of the day and head home tired, stressed and already worrying about having to do it all again tomorrow?

It really doesn’t have to be this way.

That was me, just a few years ago.

An experienced licensed conveyancer dreaming of running my own business without the stuffy, corporate atmosphere.

I started my business with the idea that things could be more relaxed, friendly and welcoming to my clients. Plus I was a new mum who needed to make it work around my life and family values.

My desire to help other business owners in a similar position—to show that you can run a successful conveyancing business while still being fully active in your family life—is what keeps me going.

You can expect practical guidance, and benefit from all my lived experience. I’ll share the tools I’ve learned from entrepreneurs I’ve worked with along the way (covering aspects such as sales, marketing, advertising, how to deal with those difficult clients, how to network even when you really don’t want to, and so on).

You can even expect to sample the powerful and insightful techniques I use through Neuro Linguistic Programming.

And this isn’t JUST about your business.

I’m also here to support you through the difficulties of life and celebrate the good times and the wins, no matter how small. I firmly believe that work and life are so intrinsically linked—creating balance in your business will lead to a happy home life, just as improving your happiness at home will lead to a positive work experience. It’s all part of it!

This space was borne out of a need for coaching specifically within the conveyancing industry niche.

I recognised that so many people were setting up businesses after years of working for someone else in a soulless 9 to 5 role. People just like you.

But, like me when I began my business journey, they had no one to show them the way or even drop some advice over a quick coffee. Isn’t that what you’re craving too?

I set up my own business because I knew I wanted a conveyancing firm that did things a little differently and would provide a better employment experience than the one I’d had. I also knew I wanted to create a flexible work-life balance to support my family and me.

I’m all about working to live and not the other way around! It’s my hope and desire to be able to support other business owners just like me by giving you the tools and knowledge you need to bypass all the expensive and time-consuming mistakes.

And I want to do that in a way that feels right to you. Running a business shouldn’t be a copy-and-paste set of formulas you have to follow. It’s all about a way that works for you. It’s all about doing it YOUR WAY!
